Shipping & Refund Policies

At certain times, such as due to COVID-19, holidays, or inclement weather, deliveries may be delayed by the postal/delivery service. This is outside of our control.
Ritzi Beauty Co. is not responsible for any delays after the package is given to the postal carrier.

Shipping policy

  • Orders that do not contain any custom or "made-to-order" items will be processed for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of order confirmation.
  • All orders that contain a custom or made to order item will be processed for shipment within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of order confirmation.
    • Please note: Orders containing custom size nail sets cannot be fulfilled until sizes are submitted. If sizes are not entered at checkout, via email, instant message or another method, a sizing kit will be mailed after on the same or next day after order confirmation. This may or may not lengthen overall processing time.

You will receive another notification via email (and/or text message, if you have opted in at checkout) once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we offer international shipping to Canada. We look forward to expanding our service area in the future!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ritzi Beauty Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Once a package has been submitted to the courier, the courier assumes responsibility for shipping, transit and delivery.  Ritzi Beauty Co. assumes no responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost, or missing in transit.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

  • Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
  • For press on nails,  Ritzi Beauty Co. is not responsible if incorrect nail sizes are ordered.
    • Please refer to our Sizing Guide prior to ordering!
    • We strongly encourage purchasing a sizing kit when ordering for the first time or when trying a new nail shape.
  • Due to sanitation and health reasons, faux lashes are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Any item not excluded above is eligible for return within 14 days if unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. 
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping expense.
    • Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.
